My little brother tagged me today. Thanks mom for the heads up!!

*Share seven random and/or weird facts about yourself.
*Tag seven other people at the end of your post and link to their blogs.
*Let each person know they've been tagged by leaving a comment on their blog.
Ok, here goes, seven random facts about me: (Since the only people who read this are family this is going to be HARD!!
1. The weirdest thing I can think of so far, is I cannot stand sandwiches in plastic bags or tupperware. I would rather bring the loaf of bread and all the stuff to work than to have to eat a sandwich from a bag. I can't open it without gagging and I can't open it to wash it without gagging either. Give me leftovers I am fine, but no sandwiches, no hamburgers. This was on my mind as my boss and I were discussing it among with our mutual dislike for all wooden utensils.
2. Random fact-- I am SO allergic to poison ivy, that I have to get a shot everytime I get it. (ok, so you already know this. This is harder than it looks)
3. I am scared of escalators. I have to hold the railing. Probably due to a miscommunication between my sister and I when I was little and Wes's number #6 (Escalator incident in DC- I KNEW I DIDN'T DREAM THAT! I just couldn't remember who it was.) Actually come to think of it, Charlie got his jacket stuck in an escalator once and John had a shirt get "eaten" by an escalator (while he was wearing it) because he laid down at the top of one. At least there is good reason for my fears.
4. I despise matching socks!! I am sure there could be a support group for that one.
5. I am a firm believer (thanks to my dad) in no chewing gum while talking (that could be because Flo from Alice TV show) or flip flops (the cheapo kind) in public. I actually even have a hard time with the fancier ones and dress shoes that click like that, but I have on occasion worn them in public.
6. I totalled my first car 1 month after I got my driver's license. (it wasn't entirely my fault-- if I was going home, like I should have been I wouldn't have been going that way)
7. I once went on a 10 (I think it was 10) mile overnight hike on Jacks River with my biology professor, future husband and several other geeky science people. Backpack and all!!
Ok, I don't know 7 bloggers (or if I do, I don't know it, so I will tag the only people I know who blog who haven't been tagged. Sorry guys. Hopefully you will have more choices of who to annoy than me!! Love you! If I think of more people, you are in trouble!!

Halloween & Football
Is any one else out there not keeping up with life as fast as its coming? Not all that long ago I was unprepared for school and now, here it is 2 days before Halloween, and I still don't have my decorations up. We just bought our candy today. If it wasn't for my mother in law, we probably would be buying our pumpkin on Friday. Instead of being prepared for the holiday at hand, I was thinking about Christmas shopping. Thinking I needed to make lists for the boys, trying to figure out what to do for everyone else without robbing a bank etc.
More than holidays though, I have been worrying about (and looking forward to) the UGA/FL game on Saturday. Alot rests on this one game, so I hope that the Dawgs can behave themselves and kick some behinds on the field. I am really worried we are going to penalize ourselves to oblivion or that it will be a 65-5 slaughter. Life sure was simpler when I didn't care about football!!

Vist with Perinatologist
Well, today we went to the "old lady doctor", to get the test for Downs Syndrome. Unfortunately, the baby was too big to do the test. The doctor said just by looking at the ultrasound everything looked ok, but that we would do a blood test in 3 weeks and come back for another ultrasound in 5 weeks to make sure. So as far as we know all is well! Funny thing happened during the ultrasound. The baby apparently didn't like the ultrasound (I haven't had one yet that did), and decided to push off the side of my uterus like the side of a swimming pool to get away. Very funny! Well that's it for now!

Update with me and the crew
Finally, after 7 long weeks the nausea is going away at least in spurts. It appears I am starting to show, but I could just be packing on the pounds in weird places. I have had to run through the names we have come up for several people, but nothing seems to be agreeable to Gray Charlie & me yet. The girl name that Gray and I liked is apparently very popular and so are many others on the list. I know we have a long way till "the day" but this baby may be nameless till its born. I go to the "old person/high risk" doctor tommorrow for a test. I am guessing its the one for Downs Syndrome. My next Ob Appt is on Thursday. Hopefully both of those will go well.
As far as the rest of the crew, Gray has been under the weather so poor John has ants in his pants from our inactivity. Oh yes, and he (John) is STILL asking for Gramma, Grampa, Gregory, Ariel, Dena and Uncle Greg even though we just saw them last weekend. Charlie has good grades at school!! We got report cards on Friday and he had 4 A's & 2 B's. He has won his reward of going to Medival Times FINALLY!! He is VERY excited and cannot wait to go! I am glad he finally gets to go as well!
I guess that's it for now. Try to update everyone later this week after the Dr. visits.
